Shipping and Handling Information

If you have just placed an order with us... THANK YOU! You will receive a separate email confirming receipt of your order and/or payment receipt. You may also receive emails or additional information about your order so please be sure to add our email address to your accepted senders list or contacts to ensure you receive all important communication with us regarding your purchase. Also, please review the information in the email and below regarding our shipping methods, shipping times, order cancellations, and returns policy.

Methods & Terminology:

  • Drop-ship items - many of our products are drop-shipped directly to our customers by our suppliers. Some limitations apply to certain delivery areas. Drop-ship orders are normally within 5 business days. Some limitations apply to certain delivery areas.

  • Open stock items - items that are ordered in as requested. These include all seasonal items (Christmas, Easter, Fall, Thanksgiving, Valentine's Day etc.) and larger or heavier items not designated as drop-ship items. These items may be available only seasonally and are usually available in limited quantities. We do not normally stock these items in our warehouse. 

  • Larger or heavier items - Items over 24" in any dimension or over 10 lbs. may require additional shipping time and/or higher shipping fees than our standard shipping schedule, depending on the supplier or product itself. Email us through our Contact Us page for a shipping quote and other information before placing your order.

  • In-stock items - items that are available for immediate shipping and are indicated as "in-stock" and the quantity available in the item's description. In-stock items generally ship within 3-5 days depending on the date ordered and always after our 3-day cancellation term has expired.

  • Clearance or Discontinued items - items that have been discontinued by either us directly or by our suppliers. These items can be found in all categories but can also be found in our Clearance section exclusively, separate from other items. Clearance items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds and are available in designated limited quantities.

Shipping Methods:

All items will be shipped by USPS 1st Class, Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Select (Ground), UPS Ground, UPS Ground Home Delivery, or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. All items are shipped with delivery tracking. Orders over $50 will ship fully insured. Shipping times may vary. Please allow 4-6 weeks for larger items, open stock, or back-ordered items, 7-14 business days for smaller packages (under 10 lbs.), depending on availability and your shipping area. Overnight or Express shipping services are available upon request for some items. Please email us through our Contact Us link for a shipping quote prior to placing your order. Include your complete shipping address and need-by date with your inquiry. Delivery Confirmation is provided for all packages shipped by the USPS. All FedEx and UPS shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit at no additional charge to customers. Email tracking is provided for all packages shipped FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Sorry, we no longer ship out of the US or to our Canadian neighbors due to high shipping costs, duties, taxes, and entrance fees that cannot be accurately calculated by our shipping vendors. You are welcome to order with us and have your shipment directed to the shipping clearinghouse of your choice for forwarding to Canada and overseas addresses. This is not included in our shipping costs and this would be your responsibility to arrange through the clearinghouse of your choice. 

You will receive a notification via email through our shipping vendor or us directly when your order has shipped. Tracking information will be included with the notification. Please retain all emails regarding your shipment for your records.

Our base shipping rates are as follows in most instances and are for your reference only. Shipping charges for most items will be calculated during checkout based on your order total and delivery location. Some larger or drop-ship items may require additional shipping fees before shipping. You will receive an email invoice regarding any additional shipping charges that may be due. If you have shipping cost concerns, please inquire with us by providing your complete shipping address prior to placing your order.

TIPS FOR SAVING ON SHIPPING COSTS:

The shipping schedule above is for reference only. Small and very light items may be charged a minimum fixed amount while for larger or heavier items (over 10 lbs.) this chart is merely an estimate. Heavier or larger items are noted as "over-sized" in the item's description. Our rate schedule above also refers to the first item purchased only. Please inquire about shipping costs for larger or heavier items when combined with smaller, lighter items. Separate shipping may be required on some items. We have special, discounted pricing with UPS and the US Postal Service and we pass these discounts along to our customers.

For instance, a second item weighing 1 pound will require in most instances an additional $1.00 in shipping only. An item weighing an additional 2 pounds is normally charged only an additional $2.00 in shipping charges. These changes in shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Combining multiple items saves you on shipping costs in the long run and allows us to continue offering combined shipping rather than costly separate shipments. The exception to this would be drop-ship items that ship from different sources or very large or heavy items that require separate shipping to prevent shipping damage to other items in the same order. 

We're always here to give our customers a shipping estimate anytime, on any of our items. Complete shipping address including zip code and phone number are required for all shipping quotes. 

Please note: Orders $250.00 will be charged actual shipping. Large orders with multiple items will be combined into one shipment thereby reducing shipping costs for customers whenever possible. However, some items may not ship well together and will require separate shipping. Additional shipping fees may be required. Base shipping price as shown above is for first item only.

Orders weighing over 4 lbs. packed for shipping are generally shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx Ground Home Delivery, Or UPS Ground, our most economical and efficient shipping vendors. Orders 3 lbs.  or under and smaller in size are most often shipped via USPS Priority or USPS Parcel Select (Ground) mail, depending on your delivery area. Items valued at $50 or more for replacement are shipped with full insurance at no additional cost to our customers.

Jewelry purchases are charged a minimum shipping of $9.95 (up to the first 1 lb limit) or actual shipping costs whenever possible, including insurance for orders valued at over $50.00. All jewelry items are shipped separately from other general merchandise to prevent accidental disposal of jewelry items with packing materials. Some jewelry purchases may be drop-shipped directly to you from our supplier. Multiple jewelry items will be shipped together in most instances unless multiple ship-to addresses are requested by the customer. Additional shipping will be due for multiple shipping addresses. 


Alternate Shipping Addresses:

We are happy to arrange alternate shipping addresses for your purchase. Customers may request an alternate shipping address for any purchase in their order. If multiple shipping addresses are required, please email the store to give specific directions for each item purchased. *** Additional shipping fees may be required for multiple shipments.

Please note: Some items require separate shipping due to size, shape, weight, or shipping origination. Your delivery location dictates total shipping charges. We will email you to notify you of additional shipping when needed. Your order will NOT ship until the additional shipping charges have been approved and have been paid. We will provide an electronic invoice designed to provide a secure, encrypted checkout, just as with your original purchase. Please retain all emails and receipted for your records as these amounts and transactions are separate and will not be reflected on your original purchase.

Our FREE SHIPPING applies to lower 48 states only. Rates to Alaska and Hawaii are higher. Larger or heavier items may require additional shipping due. 


Shipping Schedule:

Please allow 7-14 business days for shipping notification for all open stock items. Open stock items are ordered in as needed and are not stocked in our warehouse. In-stock items generally ship in 3-5 business days and are shipped in the order received. 

Please allow 4-6 weeks for back-ordered or special order items. You will receive an email notifying you of any items on back-order and will include the anticipated return-to-stock date if known. Items will show "OUT OF STOCK" if the item will be out of stock for longer than 14 days. Items that are sold out will be clearly marked as "SOLD OUT" in the item's description. 

Items discovered to be sold out or discontinued and no longer available will be refunded unless the customer requests a store credit or an exchange for another product. We notify customers by email when an item is sold out or no longer available. It is the customer's responsibility to read and respond to emails promptly.


Order Cancellation Terms:

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!! Order cancellation is required within 72 hours of original purchase date or a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount (minimum of $10). Refunds must be requested in writing (by email) by the original customer placing the order and from a valid email address already on file. We cannot cancel an order by phone nor can we issue a refund against a credit card purchase more than 180 days old. Store credit towards other merchandise will be granted if a refund/exchange has been approved by management. Refunds are at the discretion of management in all instances.
