Email is the best way to reach us, and your inquiry will be quickly and accurately handled and documented. If you are inquiring about the status of an existing order, please include your order number in the subject line or body of the email so we can locate your order and respond quickly. You may expect an answer within 24 hours.
Please note that we do not call customers on the phone. In the era where most customers use cell phones, we find that customers do not answer when we call back and often our number is marked as spam or blocked. This has created an immense waste of our limited resources attempting to reach customers by a now antiquated method.
