Returns, Exchange and Shipping Damages Policy
Returns and ExchangesReturns and exchanges must be authorized by the store in writing within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise. Customer must email and request authorization code prior to returning goods. The authorization code must be included on the return label or the return package may be refused. This is for security reasons. NO exceptions. The return package must be received within 10 business days for a qualified refund and/or exchange.
A 15% Return To Stock fee (minimum $10) will apply. We do not refund for shipping costs for any returned merchandise unless the item was received defective or damaged as a result of shipping. Proof of defect or damage must be received and approved for exchange. No returns or refunds on Closeout, Clearance, Discontinued merchandise. Items will be marked clearly in description. No returns on Seasonal merchandise; Valentine's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, or Christmas.
Products must be returned in their original, new, unused condition with original packaging. If damage occurred in shipping, please notify the store immediately for instructions on how to proceed with replacement and/or refund if approved.
Orders that are abandoned, are returned by the shipper and are unclaimed, the customer does not pay additional shipping charges due when required, or does not respond to correspondence regarding an order within 6 months of the purchase date will be given a store credit toward other merchandise to be used at a later date and the merchandise ordered will be returned to stock. Late order cancellation and refund approval is at the discretion of the store in all instances.
Damages:If your order is received and was damaged in shipping, please let the store know immediately. All damage claims, defects, shortages, or lost items during shipping must be received within 10 business days of delivery. Describe the damage and include photos showing the damaged items, shipping label and damage to the box the order was shipped in (showing the shipping label if possible). Refunds for damaged goods will be refunded only after a claim has been submitted and approved by the shipping vendor. Replacements for damaged goods will be shipped as soon as possible upon request once damage liability has been established.
PLEASE NOTE: In the instance that you have a damage claim, do NOT alter the product or try to make repairs. Do not destroy or discard any packing including the box, packing materials, or shipping box. Do not discard or deface the shipping label as this could affect your refund or return eligibility if the package was shipped insured. ALL these items are required to file a damage claim. Failure to follow these directions will result in a denial of a refund or exchange.
